High school graduates with at least five years of actual plumbing experience under the supervision of a Registered Master Plumber.
Basic Requirements
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”.
- Transcript of Records with Special Order (S.O.)
- Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC)
- Other PRC requirements
