What is a Master Plumber?

A MASTER PLUMBER is a person technically and legally qualified and licensed to practice the profession of Master Plumbing without limitations in accordance with Republic Act 1378, having passed the examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission, has received a Certificate of Registration from the Board of Master Plumbing and possesses the current license to practice.

Experience Plumbing Practitioners

High school graduates with at least five years of actual plumbing experience under the supervision of a Registered Master Plumber.

Basic Requirements

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  • Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”.
  • Transcript of Records with Special Order (S.O.)
  • Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC)
  • Other PRC requirements
