The specific responsibilities of the Plumbing Designer include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete Plumbing calculations including water supply, storm, and equipment sizes. 2. Design Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, and purified water systems. 3. Design and lay out engineering drawings within Plumbing specialty. 4. Design medical gas systems, compressed air, vacuum, and natural gas systems. 5. Designs, selects, schedules, sizes and specifies basic Plumbing system components to include plumbing fixtures, drains, and equipment.

A master plumber is different from a regular plumber mainly because of their level of experience and the fact that they are licensed and certified as master plumbers.
Master Plumbers have a greater level of skill than regular plumbers. The skills that these plumbers have include skills for the maintenance and repair of both indoor and outdoor plumbing. Master Plumbers also possess extensive knowledge of Plumbing Code & other related laws and regulations.
The biggest advantage of obtaining a dual PRC license or multiple license is that it can dramatically increase your employment opportunities.
